EMDR Workshops and Training

emdrs  2 Jan 2004 - 02:13

Most EMDR training is carried out by the EMDR Institute via sponsors hosted in countries throughout the world. Trainings are also run by UK trainers Alexandra (Sandi) Richman and Richard Mitchell and these tend to be with smaller numbers to achieve greater ratio of facilitators to participants. The UK sponsor is
John Spector.

There are some UK training dates at the end of THIS PAGE but please visit the [links] page for lists of UK websites with more up to date information about EMDR training. Enquiries may also be made directly to this website.

There is no restriction on who may offer workshops for updating and training in specialist areas. EMDR Institute Facilitators and sometimes approved consultants in EMDR are most likely to offer these workshops.

Unless otherwise specified, assume that courses are NOT approved or accredited by any of the EMDR professional bodies.
